Mike Rooney has worked very hard to sell my travel agency. Unfortunately, before Mike, I was assigned a total loser representative with this company. Essentially, I paid the fees and thought the representative was searching for a buyer for my profitable million-dollar-a-year agency. (Over a year!) Unfortunately, the representative had quit and skipped town without telling me. It's sad that the company had no way to pick up on this - even so, their representative had gone "down the road." Ultimately, I called to see if they were still trying to market my agency. This is when I found Mike Rooney. He is a very nice guy who did all he could to pick up the pieces and market my agency. Unfortunately, he was not successful and the increase in Covid-19 essentially made my business "unmarketable." Mike is a very nice man who stays on top of his listings. I would recommend Mike Rooney. But, my agency remains unsold.
